Hello! I’m Lucy - the artist and designer behind Lulu’s Studio. By trade, I’m a graphic designer working with Fonde Creative, a design agency based in Port Lincoln. Design gives me a strong foundation in visual storytelling, but Lulu’s Studio is my own space to step outside the client brief and explore creativity on a more personal level.

My work is guided by curiosity, intuition, and play. I’m inspired by the natural world, interior design, and those everyday details that often go unnoticed yet hold so much beauty. Each piece begins as usually staring at the blank canvas for half an hour before splattering paint all over it, and evolves through process - layering marks, textures, and influences until something thoughtful and timeless emerges.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me out in the surf, planning my next adventure or sipping coffees (way too many).

For me, Lulu’s Studio is more than just a place to make art, it’s about slowing down, celebrating imperfection, and enjoying the journey of making. At the heart of it all, I hope my work resonates with people in a simple, meaningful way - pieces that spark connection, curiosity, or just bring a quiet kind of joy into their lives.
